Welcome to xToolkit Pro! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of TrueDevz's software and website.

1. License Terms

xToolkit Pro is sold under a perpetual, lifetime license model unless otherwise specified.

• A single license grants the purchaser the right to use the software on exactly one (1) physical machine at a time.
• The license is tied to your hardware ID.
• You may deactivate your license from an old machine via the user dashboard to activate it on a new machine.
• Sharing license keys with unauthorized users is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate license revocation without refund.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use xToolkit Pro for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the software or our backend services.

The LocalTunnel feature provided by the software is meant for temporary development sharing. Abuse of this feature to host permanent production websites, distribute malware, or host illicit content is prohibited and will result in a ban from the tunneling service.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the software, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if the software fails to perform its advertised functions on your system, provided you have contacted support to attempt resolution first.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.
